Dan is the man. We have been in a high-end rental home for about two years now with an extremely complicated, high-efficiency plumbing and heating system. I contacted Dan at Alpha Plumbing because we needed to replace the hot water tank. Dan came over and provided us with two options; a tankless hot water heater or a regular high-efficiency water heater. Alpha Plumbing installed a natural gas barbeque for me about a month ago. I wanted to install my barbeque off of the garage, which has a gas line to the furnace; they had a special tool which allowed them to do the job without removing a bunch of drywall or anything. Dan got the job done quickly and very thoroughly - I was impressed that he took the time to caulk the hole in the garage where my BBQ connection went outside. Demonstrates that he does a complete job. I had a suprisingly hard time finding someone who could do what I wanted without tearing apart the wall in my garage, but these guys were up to the task. The service we received from Alpha Plumbing was exceptional. Our boiler system needed to be replaced shortly after Xmas. Dan was quick to come over and make an assessment of the situation and make a recommendation on a new unit that he thought would be a better fit for the needs of our home. Judging by all the reviews..we went with Alpha Plumbing as its so hard to find good plumbers. Alpha was quick to respond and updated on technology to keep you informed. We got Dan to install a gas line during winter and typically it would have been done in summer because of weather and the cold temperature. But even then, Dan and Majesta kept us in the loop for everything, scheduled a time immediately to get it installed. Super professional and timely with the service. I contacted Alpha Plumbing to deal with a faulty fire table. I bought this very expensive table two years ago from a retailer that would not stand by its product and washed their hands of it. I called them for a slow leak I had in my house and they were there first thing the next morning. The plumber, Sheridan was awesome. Very polite and very professional. Fixed the issue in a quick and efficient manner. Compared to other plumbers I would rate the plumber and the company very high and will be using them for a plumbing project (replacing all the shut off valves) over the next year. I recommend them highly. Dan don't burn this guy out he is a very good plumber. After reading all the great reviews about Sheirdan you might have to give him a raise.read more
