“I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Alpha Plumbing. I requested a service visit for my DTV shower valve and provided the model number in advance. However, the technician arrived seemingly unfamiliar with the unit.
They spent over 20 minutes struggling to open the valve box, using excessive force that made me fear for the safety of my equipment. Worse, the bill did not match the initial quote—I was charged $218 instead of the $89 I was told to expect.
After the technician left, the shower knob, which was working before their arrival, ceased to function entirely. Despite paying a high price for the diagnostic visit, I received no information on a compatible replacement, and the unit is now in a worse state than before. I do not recommend this company.”

“Yaro was exceptionally well-mannered, courteous and helpful. He dealt with me very professionally and gave me the options I had regarding my hot water tank problem.
He tried to fix the heater the best he could but in the end, he told me that it needed replacing. He explained to me everything and answered the questions I had for him.
Peter came for the installation and did an excellent job as well and the work was completed in no time.
