Calgary Coronavirus (COVID-19) Precautions

At Alpha Plumbing, we are monitoring COVID-19 local updates closely, focusing on how to safely serve Calgarians as the situation evolves. We are striving to continue to serve you in a timely, healthy and safe manner. We have put multiple best practice policies in place, including:

• Tools / equipment entering customers homes to be wiped down with disposable sanitary wipes.
• Daily technician health analysis. Techs exhibiting symptoms will be quarantined at home, not performing service calls.
• Credit card processing machines to be wiped down before & after every use.
• Best practice hand washing, social distancing routine to be followed by all technicians, staff & subcontractors.

We are asking our customers to self assess before booking a service call and let us know should anyone in your home, office, or commercial space be exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms.
