We contacted Alpha for the first time, they responded promptly and explained their process, evaluated and diagnosed the issue and also included a long term solution to bring our building boiler up to the code not just fix the current issue! The pricing was a little bit higher than the other two quotes but you pay a little bit more for the holistic approach, prompt responses, clarification, detailed quote and long term fix rather than just a quick fix!

“We had Matt and Nathan install a new furnace and humidifier yesterday and we are very pleased with the service. They were very professional and took care while in the house. They updated us as to where they were at during the install process. During the handoff at the end of the service, we were shown the furnace and humidifier and they walked us through what they did. At the end of the day, there was no sign that there was any work done in the house. Matt and Nathan cleaned as they went.
We need to replace another furnace and we hope to have them at the house when that work is done. Thanks again for 5 STAR great service. And kudos to Matt and Nathan!”
“Where to begin. Let's start with overpriced, opportunistic, and manipulative. This company seems to thrive on using a desperate situation to it's fullest advantage, regardless of their client, even when they are a senior. A repair job that turns into replacement, followed by an additional, adjacent appliance replacement to garner more work and more money, is just a sad and predatory practice. Then there is the conniving tactic of their employees trying to garnish even further money, by selling a ridiculous service contract, that automatically renews (??), which could and should easily be covered by product warranty, anyway.
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a report.
Do yourself a favor – Do not settle for this outfit, just because they've named their company accordingly so it comes up at the top of the list on a Google search. They are not the only game in town and need to realize it.”
