Nathan B arrived and introduced himself and went directly to review the situation. I was advised of the circumstances and a replacement part was driven out from Calgary immediately. Nathan B worked on the furnace and keep me updated as to what was happening. He tested everything several times and adjusted the thermostat and wiring to ensure all was performing properly. I have dealt with several plumbing companies over the years with my residence as well and would give Nathan B a five star ⭐️ review as well as Alpha Plumbing.
